Global Return, Refund, and Dropshipping Policy

1. Introduction & Scope

Welcome to Stan Mall. This policy governs all returns, refunds, and exchanges for products purchased through our platform. Our commitment is to provide a transparent and fair process for our global customer base. This policy is designed to comply with international e-commerce standards and the requirements of our payment processing partners and advertising platforms.

This policy applies to all customers regardless of their geographic location. By placing an order with Stan Mall, you agree to the terms outlined herein.

2. Important Acknowledgment: Our Business Model

To offer a wide variety of products at competitive prices, Stan Mall operates on a dropshipping model. This means that products are sourced and shipped directly to you from a global network of third-party manufacturers and suppliers (such as those on platforms like AliExpress.com).

Customer Acknowledgment: Your order is fulfilled by our external partners. Consequently, our return and refund process is directly influenced by the policies and logistics of these suppliers. While Stan Mall will facilitate your return request and advocate on your behalf, the final approval, return address, and resolution timeline are subject to the supplier’s terms.

3. Return Eligibility Conditions

3.1. Return Window

You must initiate a return request within 30 calendar days from the date your order was marked as delivered by the carrier.

3.2. Item Condition

To be eligible for a return, the item must be:

  • In new, unused, and unworn condition.
  • In its original packaging, with all tags, labels, and accessories included.
  • Free from damage, stains, or signs of use by the customer.

3.3. Non-Returnable Items

For health, safety, and logistical reasons, the following types of items cannot be returned:

  • Perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers).
  • Custom-made or personalized items.
  • Intimate or sanitary goods (e.g., underwear, swimwear, beauty products).
  • Hazardous materials or flammable liquids/gases.
  • Digital products, software, and gift cards.
  • Items marked as “Final Sale” or “Non-Returnable” on the product page.

4. The Refund Process

4.1. Inspection and Notification

Once your returned item is received by the supplier, it will be inspected. We will notify you via email of the approval or rejection of your refund request based on the supplier’s assessment.

4.2. Refund Issuance

If your return is approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7-14 business days. Please note that your bank or credit card company may take additional time to post the refund.

4.3. Shipping Costs

The customer is responsible for paying for their own shipping costs for returning an item. Original shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of the original shipping will be deducted from it.

5. Defective, Damaged, or Incorrect Items

If you receive an item that is defective, damaged in transit, or not what you ordered, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

  • You must provide your order number and clear photographic or video evidence of the issue.
  • We will work with our supplier to provide a resolution, which may include a full refund or a replacement at no additional cost to you. In such cases, any return shipping costs will be covered.

6. International Shipments: Customs, Duties, and Taxes

6.1. Importer of Record

The recipient of an international shipment is considered the **importer of record** and must comply with all laws and regulations of the destination country. Stan Mall is not responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or other fees that may be levied upon the package’s arrival.

6.2. Non-Refundable Fees

Any charges related to customs clearance are the sole responsibility of the customer. These fees are not included in the item price or shipping cost and are non-refundable. If a shipment is refused due to these charges, the terms of our refund policy will apply, and any return shipping and processing fees charged to us by the carrier will be deducted from your refund.

7. How to Initiate a Return

To start the return process, please follow these steps:

  1. Email our support team at info@stanmall.com with the subject line “Return Request: [Your Order Number]”.
  2. In your email, include your order number, the name of the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return. For defective items, attach the required photo/video evidence.
  3. Wait for our team to provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) and the specific return shipping address provided by the supplier. Do not send items back to our corporate address.
  4. Ship the item using a trackable shipping method. You are responsible for the item until it is confirmed as received by the supplier.

8. Governing Law & Policy Updates

This policy shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Stan Mall reserves the right to update or modify this policy at any time without prior notice.
